Fam, quick reminder for everyone hosting in Kenya, Tanzania, or Uganda: have you already prepared your calendar and pricing for AFCON 2027? I know it still feels far away, but people are already planning trips, checking flights, and some will book accommodation far in advance. So if your calendar is already open, please make sure you don’t accidentally accept bookings at your normal rate during a time where demand will most likely be much higher. This is especially important if your place is close to stadiums, airports, main roads, nightlife, restaurants, or tourist areas. Also think about minimum stays, cancellation policies, transfers, and whether your place is suitable for groups or football fans traveling together. Now is the time to keep this on your radar and prepare properly, not when everyone is already searching and prices are going up.
