The Origin Is Love❤️
I felt like sharing this today… after some very deep and enjoyable philosophical conversations. 🌀✨ After all the definitions… all the debates about awareness, Source, identity… strip it down far enough and something remains. Not a theory. Not a concept. Love. Not romantic love. Not sentiment. Something omnipresent. Infinite. Quietly sustaining. If you look for it — it’s there. It has always been there. But you do have to look. 👀 We can analyze consciousness for hours. I have. It’s genuinely fascinating. 🔍 We can trace logic back to first causes and preconditions — that’s my language. And here’s the logical piece that can’t be ignored: You did not create your own existence. You did not invent awareness. You did not design the intelligence that keeps your heart beating while you sleep. Something prior makes you possible. That is not mystical. It’s simply true. Now here’s where logic reaches its edge. You can explain structure. You can explain causality. You can even explain preconditions. But you cannot fully explain why the ground of existence feels benevolent. And yet… when you sit with it long enough — when you stop arguing for a moment — it doesn’t feel cold. It feels alive. It feels sustaining. It feels like you are held. That’s the mystery. Not something we can master. Something we can feel. 💛 And when that realization moves from mind to body, something shifts. You don’t have to scramble for worth. You don’t have to prove your divinity. You don’t have to spiritually outperform your humanity. You exhale. Surrender starts to feel less like defeat and more like relief. 🙏 Humility stops feeling like smallness and begins to feel like freedom. Gratitude shows up on its own when you realize you were never self-made. And maybe this is the part that confronts us gently… If Love is the origin — the sustaining ground of Being — then self-rejection makes no sense. Withholding compassion from yourself becomes incoherent. You are as important as everyone else — not elevated, not diminished — because the same sustaining breath moves through all of us. 🌬️

When you have fear about the future.
When thoughts or experiences leave you afraid about the future, you MUST know how to respond. Otherwise, if you keep the fear alive by ruminating on negative thoughts, you increase the chances of attracting bad things into your life. That's why problems often occur one after another. A problem happens, you feel negative, and your state of being lowers. From that lower state of being, you begin to resonate with more negative things. You feel bad, think badly, and therefore you take more wrong actions, eventually leading to more unfavorable circumstances. The more we focus on fear, worry, and negative thoughts about the future, the more likely we are to attract the very thing we're trying to avoid. Then we say, "I KNEW IT, I knew that was going to happen," not realizing that we were co-creating that experience by focusing on it. But this doesn't have to be. You can avoid negative circumstances by learning to handle fearful thoughts when they arise. This is what I've just helped our friends in the Monkey Mind Masters Community learn how to do.
