You think depression is the problem right? Or your self harm / self sabatoge habits?
Or maybe you think it is anxiety, or the fact you were just born like this or something.
Well you are wrong! I will tell you as someone who has helped over 100 people with mental health issues I know the truth.
Most of the time depression, anxiety, video game addiction or what have you is not the problem, once I talk to these people and get them to open up it often is due to a deep traumatic issue.
And that is why all the surface level solutions to improve your mental health do not work for most people as they have not fixed the core deeper problem!
So your actionable step from this post is to just sit and think deeply about your life, any past trauma’s coming to mind?
Then once you do that take the action ASAP to heal, simply bring up the past unprocessed emotion then do a healing method like cold exposure, breath work, shaking and let yourself cry and etc.
Do that for 2 minutes and that is one specific trauma healed!
.Now once you do this for long enough you will finally reach peak mental health
