I used to never feel calm.
Even in times when everything was fine and dandy, like me just unwinding for bed for example.
Because of all the trauma I had developed up onto that point.
It definitely had a huge detriment on my nervous system.
And as a result my nervous system became dysregulated.
Thus I could never get into a calm state.
And that hurt me because really, calmness is a super power.
When your nervous system is regulated your life quality gets 2x better believe me.
So don’t slack on it and heal your trauma!
