Taking care of your inner and outer self makes such a difference. Feeling light and intentional with what we consume is true self-care
@Shanti Shants So true feeling lighter really changes everything. That clarity and calm are worth it 🙌
Food 4 Fort!
Do you ever question..all that you see in this 3d world? My being recalls... won_der_ing. Is it REAL? OR just an Illusion?
Absolutely! Sometimes it feels like we’re seeing layers of reality, not just the surface. Makes you question what’s real and what’s just perception.
@Shanti Shants Maybe “real” isn’t what we see, but what remains when everything else falls away.If this is a game of illusion, then awareness is the only thing that doesn’t change the quiet witness behind it all. Perhaps we’re not here to escape the illusion, but to see through it… while still playing our part with presence.
What do your trauma scores mean? (Full Guide)
Loom vid on this https://bayareacbtcenter.com/complex-trauma-quiz/ That is a trauma test, and it gives you a measurable score / data point to see were you stand in your healing journey, I used it to help me heal my trauma by 50% And while most people are aware of these things, one thing that is not 100% clear is what do the scores actually mean, so in this post I promise you, you will know exactly about the 3 main ranges that are important to know, so let me show you the system. Trauma range 1: Danger 100% - 60% Here is what I call the danger zone, this is because of you are in this range, that does mean your trauma will significantly impact your life, and make you stressed, nervous system dysregulated, influence you in bad ways, make you significantly less happy and etc, of you are here, it is vital you get some help / start your healing journey. Trauma range 2: Mid 60% - 40% Next is the “Mid” range I call it this, because in this range, while your trauma will still affect you it is not that bad, no that big of a deal but I still recommend that you do begin the healing journey, and get to the sweet spot, but here is just like the name suggests mid, not very good, but not very bad, still not a good spot to be in. Trauma range 3: Sweet spot 40% - 0% This is the best place to be in here, you get 80% of the benefits, but 20% negatives, which is ideal, here trauma basically has no effect on you basically, and you can definitely live a very happy, good life, not fuelled by insecurity, and you will have a regulated nervous system, here is the ideal goal of you are in this range, you are good, and you can comfortably coast here. As always hope this was valuable.

Why calmness is a super power that healing achieves
Loom vid on this I used to never feel calm. Even in times when everything was fine and dandy, like me just unwinding for bed for example. Because of all the trauma I had developed up onto that point. It definitely had a huge detriment on my nervous system. And as a result my nervous system became dysregulated. Thus I could never get into a calm state. And that hurt me because really, calmness is a super power. When your nervous system is regulated your life quality gets 2x better believe me. So don’t slack on it and heal your trauma!
