What do your trauma scores mean? (Full Guide)
Loom vid on this https://bayareacbtcenter.com/complex-trauma-quiz/ That is a trauma test, and it gives you a measurable score / data point to see were you stand in your healing journey, I used it to help me heal my trauma by 50% And while most people are aware of these things, one thing that is not 100% clear is what do the scores actually mean, so in this post I promise you, you will know exactly about the 3 main ranges that are important to know, so let me show you the system. Trauma range 1: Danger 100% - 60% Here is what I call the danger zone, this is because of you are in this range, that does mean your trauma will significantly impact your life, and make you stressed, nervous system dysregulated, influence you in bad ways, make you significantly less happy and etc, of you are here, it is vital you get some help / start your healing journey. Trauma range 2: Mid 60% - 40% Next is the “Mid” range I call it this, because in this range, while your trauma will still affect you it is not that bad, no that big of a deal but I still recommend that you do begin the healing journey, and get to the sweet spot, but here is just like the name suggests mid, not very good, but not very bad, still not a good spot to be in. Trauma range 3: Sweet spot 40% - 0% This is the best place to be in here, you get 80% of the benefits, but 20% negatives, which is ideal, here trauma basically has no effect on you basically, and you can definitely live a very happy, good life, not fuelled by insecurity, and you will have a regulated nervous system, here is the ideal goal of you are in this range, you are good, and you can comfortably coast here. As always hope this was valuable.
