When thoughts or experiences leave you afraid about the future, you MUST know how to respond.
Otherwise, if you keep the fear alive by ruminating on negative thoughts, you increase the chances of attracting bad things into your life.
That's why problems often occur one after another.
A problem happens, you feel negative, and your state of being lowers.
From that lower state of being, you begin to resonate with more negative things.
You feel bad, think badly, and therefore you take more wrong actions, eventually leading to more unfavorable circumstances.
The more we focus on fear, worry, and negative thoughts about the future, the more likely we are to attract the very thing we're trying to avoid.
Then we say, "I KNEW IT, I knew that was going to happen," not realizing that we were co-creating that experience by focusing on it.
But this doesn't have to be.
You can avoid negative circumstances by learning to handle fearful thoughts when they arise.
This is what I've just helped our friends in the Monkey Mind Masters Community learn how to do.
