It’s like you’re everywhere, a bit like a field that everything’s appearing in, it’s still, it’s sort of silent, but the only way to experience the physical world is through the perceptions/senses of the thing or person you’re somehow attached to. It’s like you are everything, but you can’t know that from the senses, body, thoughts, emotions. You can’t inspect only know yourself when you separate yourself from everything and see it. Maybe that’s why people say you’re everything and nothing at the same time. Once there you can investigate it further with the mind and try to tell others about it. I guess that’s why we talk and write and make videos about it.
Even a thought or string of thoughts your all around it and I guess it’s imagination but you can’t inspect it from all sides. You’re in the body, outside the body and can perceive the barrier between the inside and outside via the skin and its sensations. That’s actually a way to experience what you are, you can focus on the sensations of the skin and see that you can silently inspect if from the outside your body or from the inside.
A thought comes in and says, pick up the phone and start writing or check something out. I watch it, I can go with it, I can just watch it and stay. Sometimes the bodies impulse to go with it is very strong but you can’t inspect watch that also, the thought comes, the body starts to move, more thoughts come and suddenly the bodies doing whatever it’s up to, like scrolling on the phone looking for something. At some point if you’re not careful everything’s real again and it’s you scrolling, but in fact it’s not you scrolling, you’re seeing the person scrolling.
Everything becomes so worldly so quickly again. It must be because that’s our default operating state after many years. Teachers of this stuff often say our actual default setting is the knowing awareness state from a baby but as we grow in the world the default state becomes the one we ‘all’ know and operate from.
