Loving Meditation from Mother to Daughter - Inner Child
Hello everyone, I am so excited to create this loving meditation for those who are working with the inner parts of themselves and have connected with the inner child. I had to delay this a little bit today, and this will be posted by 5pm today. For myself, I had a significant abandonment/rejection wound in regards to the connection with my mother in this lifetime. I have gone through much work in healing this wound, and this meditation is a result of the very type of words and nurturing that my own inner child desperately wanted to feel from her own mother. As I have worked on understanding myself and my connection to my caregivers, I have gone through much healing in connection with my own inner parent to care for my own inner child and give her what she desperately needed and did not receive. For anyone who had difficulties in feeling accepted, comforted, and nourished from their own mother - I hope this meditation can speak to your inner child and give her the very energy, comfort, and nurturing that she needed during that time in her life. You can listen to this meditation while connecting with your inner child at any age - young to teenage to adult. I find that when I notice my own inner child is feeling that wound of what she didn't get in her own care, this may be at many different stages of her life and she may need this type of care again at each of those ages. I love you all, and I truly desire for each one of you to know just how worthy you are of receiving love and care just for being here. 💜 Kristi
