Don't make the same mistake I did with my Calendar
This is especially important for Level 1 certified speakers, but for everyone in general
PLEASE MIND YOUR CALENDARS
If you don't want to take calls on holidays, block them off.
If you don't want to miss that rugby game, block it off.
It's good practice every Sunday night to review your availability for the following week.
