Training Tuesday, Stretching the Quads and Hip Flexors
Today we are focusing on stretching the quadriceps and hip flexors, two muscle groups that play a big role in how we move every day.
They help us walk, climb stairs, and lift the legs, but modern life often leaves them spending long periods in a shortened position, especially when we sit for hours at desks, in cars, or on the sofa.
Over time this can lead to tightness around the front of the hips and thighs, which may place extra strain on the lower back, hips, and knees.
Taking a few minutes to stretch these muscles can help restore length, improve mobility, and allow the hips to move more freely.
In today’s video I will demonstrate a simple and effective way to stretch the quads and hip flexors properly, helping you release tension and support better movement.
Sometimes the smallest habits, done consistently, can make the biggest difference to how the body feels.
