Hospital
I’m in hospital guys I’ve been really struggling in pain, I’ve been so unwell with intense stomach cramps (I was in non stop pain all night and have only managed an hour or so this afternoon) and unable to keep drink or food down at the moment. They think I might need my gallbladder removed but still waiting on scans to confirm. Lots of love everyone xxxx

Strong Glutes, Strong Foundations We often talk about core strength, but the glutes are just as vital, quietly supporting almost every movement we make. The glutes, particularly the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus, are the powerhouse of the lower body. They stabilise the pelvis, support the lower back, and drive movement in walking, running, lifting, and even standing tall. When our glutes are strong and active, the body moves efficiently, with balance and control. When they are weak or underactive, the body compensates. This can show up as, • Lower back pain • Tight hips or hip flexors • Knee discomfort • Reduced power and stability • Poor posture and fatigue Over time, other muscles begin to take over, often the lower back or hamstrings, leading to strain and imbalance. Strong glutes are not just about performance, they are about protection. They help us move with ease, reduce injury risk, and support long term joint health. Equally important is keeping them mobile and supple. Tight glutes can restrict movement just as much as weak ones. Small, consistent work here can make a big difference to how your whole body feels and functions. Strong, supported, and balanced, that is the goal. Simon @SPEAK_uk 💚

Training Thursday
Hey everyone
Making the choice to stay in this world, even after feeling like I’d lost everything, was the best decision I ever made. I can never fully thank the people who stood by me and helped keep me going they gave me strength when I didn’t have any left. So to anyone out there who feels lost you’re not lost. You’re being shown that there is something greater inside you, even if you can’t see it yet. Please stay, and don’t lose hope because your hope today could become someone else’s hope in their story tomorrow. 💚
