This community exists because too many people are carrying things alone.
So this week, use this space properly.
Share how you are feeling.Check in on someone.Join a session.Ask for support.Offer support.
You do not need to have the perfect words. You just need to show up.
And if this week feels heavy, remember this:
You are not weak for struggling.You are not a burden for speaking.You are not alone in this.
