Stop Thinking About It. Start Acting On It.
How many great ideas, goals, workouts, conversations, or opportunities have been lost because we spent too much time thinking about them?
This morning, I didn’t want to get out of bed.
I was tired. Comfortable. My mind was already coming up with reasons to stay there.
So I used a simple trick:
5… 4… 3… 2… 1… GO.
As you’re counting down, imagine you’re a NASA rocket sitting on the launch pad.
Once you hit zero, there is no negotiation. No excuses. No overthinking.
You launch.
The reason this works is because we can often talk ourselves out of doing something within a few seconds. The longer we sit there debating, the less likely we are to take action.
This morning, I counted down, jumped out of bed, got moving, and now I’m genuinely grateful I did.
The gym, the business call, the difficult conversation, the walk, the cold shower, the first step toward your goal…
Don’t think about it.
5… 4… 3… 2… 1… GO. 🚀
