A few years ago, if you’d told me I’d be sober, speaking at events, helping people through SPEAK and sharing my story publicly, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
Not because I didn’t want it.
Because I couldn’t see a way out.
What I’ve learned since is that change rarely happens overnight.
It happens through small decisions.One day at a time.One conversation at a time.One step at a time.
Some weeks you’ll feel unstoppable.
Some weeks you’ll feel like you’re barely moving.
Both are part of the journey.
So if this week feels tough, don’t focus on how far you’ve got left to go.
Focus on how far you’ve already come.
Keep showing up.Keep moving forward.Keep believing that better days are possible.
You’ve survived 100% of your worst days so far.
