Some of you will be out socialising.Some of you will be raving.Some of you will be watching the football with a few beers.Some of you will be resting, resetting, or just doing absolutely nothing.
And honestly?
That’s life.
A balanced life is not about being perfect every single day.
It’s about knowing when to enjoy yourself, but also knowing when to turn back up for yourself.
So if today is a day where you let your hair down, enjoy it.
But tomorrow, counteract it.
Get outside.Move your body.Drink water.Eat properly.Breathe.Stretch.Go for a walk.Do something that brings you back to yourself. Balance is not punishment.
Balance is self-respect.
You don’t need to live like a monk to be healthy, and you don’t need to destroy yourself every weekend to have fun.
The goal is simple:
Enjoy life, but don’t abandon yourself in the process.
Balanced life = happy life.
