  1. I am enough just as I am
  2. I choose progress not perfection
  3. I am worthy of happiness and love
  4. I accept myself, and do not need the approval of others
  5. I do not need to measure my own success using someone else’s ruler
  6. I am proud of how far I have come
  7. I do not need to wait for motivation
The last one was definitely what I needed to hear myself say this morning, as I could have easily cancelled Pilates class, but I did it. And I am glad I went.
