Hospital
I’m in hospital guys I’ve been really struggling in pain, I’ve been so unwell with intense stomach cramps (I was in non stop pain all night and have only managed an hour or so this afternoon) and unable to keep drink or food down at the moment. They think I might need my gallbladder removed but still waiting on scans to confirm. Lots of love everyone xxxx

I’m recovering at my mums now, they removed my gallbladder and went fine. In lots of pain but going in the right direction xxxx

Training Tuesday, Stretching the Quads and Hip Flexors Today we are focusing on stretching the quadriceps and hip flexors, two muscle groups that play a big role in how we move every day. They help us walk, climb stairs, and lift the legs, but modern life often leaves them spending long periods in a shortened position, especially when we sit for hours at desks, in cars, or on the sofa. Over time this can lead to tightness around the front of the hips and thighs, which may place extra strain on the lower back, hips, and knees. Taking a few minutes to stretch these muscles can help restore length, improve mobility, and allow the hips to move more freely. In today’s video I will demonstrate a simple and effective way to stretch the quads and hip flexors properly, helping you release tension and support better movement. Just done the stretch…I found it hard to stretch the right side, I was getting a cramp, until I had done the left side and then I was able to do it xxx

Hope all that went P2P had a lovely time! I really wanted to go, but sometimes I get so unbelievably exhausted, I could cry! I couldn’t bring myself to do it today. Might have done if it started at 9am!! 😂 I won’t be discouraged by it though, sometimes plans don’t work out… but there’s a chance to make new ones ☺️
