Your Thoughts Are Not Always Telling You the Truth
Ever noticed how one negative thought can snowball into ten? “I’m not good enough.”“What if I fail?”“Nobody cares.”“I’ll never get where I want to be.” The problem is that most people believe every thought that enters their head. But here’s the reality: You are not your thoughts. You are the observer of your thoughts. One of the simplest ways to break the cycle is through your breath. The next time your mind starts racing, try this: ✅ Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds✅ Hold for 4 seconds✅ Breathe out slowly for 6-8 seconds✅ Repeat 5 times As you do this, focus only on the breath. What happens? Your nervous system begins to calm down.Your heart rate slows.Your mind becomes quieter. The negative thoughts lose their power. The goal isn’t to stop thoughts completely. The goal is to stop letting them control you. Remember: A negative thought is just a visitor. You don’t have to invite it in for dinner. Take 60 seconds today to breathe, reset, and regain control. Drop a 💙 below if you’re committing to taking one minute for yourself today.👇

Monday Motivation 💪
Stop Thinking About It. Start Acting On It. How many great ideas, goals, workouts, conversations, or opportunities have been lost because we spent too much time thinking about them? This morning, I didn’t want to get out of bed. I was tired. Comfortable. My mind was already coming up with reasons to stay there. So I used a simple trick: 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… GO. As you’re counting down, imagine you’re a NASA rocket sitting on the launch pad. Once you hit zero, there is no negotiation. No excuses. No overthinking. You launch. The reason this works is because we can often talk ourselves out of doing something within a few seconds. The longer we sit there debating, the less likely we are to take action. This morning, I counted down, jumped out of bed, got moving, and now I’m genuinely grateful I did. The gym, the business call, the difficult conversation, the walk, the cold shower, the first step toward your goal… Don’t think about it. 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… GO. 🚀 Give it a try today and let us know below: What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you’re going to take action on today? 👇

Acting on a lot of things lately, it’s so easy to procrastinate and put things off until later, but later can turn into never. Something I’m proud of recently is I signed up for level 3 interior design, and it goes straight on to a degree. And I am actually putting the work in because it’s something I want, and I’ve nearly finished my first assignment xxx

@Alfie Ruffell it definitely is one of those things where you pay attention to detail. And I love that. In fact, interior design has helped me so much through my trauma. That’s so fascinating that you was into architecture as well xxx
Stop Breaking Promises to Yourself
The art of not breaking promises to yourself is massive. Every time you say you’re going to do something and then don’t follow through, it chips away at your confidence. Not because you’re lazy. Not because you’re weak. But because deep down, you know you’ve let yourself down. I’ve made this mistake loads of times. I overcommit. I set myself too many disciplines.I say I’m going to do ten things at once. Then when I don’t keep up with it all, I beat myself up and wonder why I feel low. But that’s the lesson. Stop making promises to yourself that you can’t realistically keep. Start smaller.Keep your word trust with yourself again. Because every time you follow through, even on something tiny, you rebuild your character. Treat yourself like you would your best mate. You wouldn’t constantly lie and let them down, you wouldn’t speak to them the way you speak to yourself. So don’t do it to you. Self-love comes first. Keep fighting the good fight

Thank you for this Alfie, I beat myself up too much for what I haven’t done, when I should celebrate the wins xxx
Welcome to everyone who’s recently joined 👊
You’re not here by accident. This space is for people who want more from themselves and their life. Not when things have already fallen apart… but before they get there. We’re big on prevention here. Because the truth is, mental health doesn’t just break overnight. It builds, quietly, over time. So this is where you get ahead of it. Inside here you’ve got: • A growing library of courses to help you level up mentally, physically, and emotionally • Weekly Zoom sessions covering mindset, fitness, meditation, addiction, and more • A community of people who actually get it • A space where you can be honest, real, and yourself… no judgement, no masks This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and becoming someone you’re proud of. No pressure. But also… no excuses. Get involved. Join a session. Say hello. Start somewhere. Because nothing changes if nothing changes. Let’s build. 💪
