What If Moving Forward Begins with Standing Completely Still?
Hi everyone! I really enjoy every meditation and group conversation with you all! There was something so calming about today's practice as we look ahead to a fresh new month. One part that really stayed with me was @Karen Moise's share about experiencing a profound sense of internal freedom, even while sitting right in the middle of a shaking house full of construction workers. It felt like such a grounding way to begin the day, and a beautiful reminder that when we release the heavy obligations placed on us by the outside world and lean into our own stillness, the right path forward naturally clears up for us. Thank you all for joining today and for making the conversation feel so incredibly warm, thoughtful, and genuine. If you missed today’s session, the replay is here. Looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday 😊

What If Moving Forward Begins with Standing Completely Still?
Are You Unconsciously Absorbing Everyone Else's Stress?
I just wanted to share that I really enjoyed today’s meditation and group conversation. 🧘‍♀️ There was something uniquely powerful about today's practice, especially as we explored how to handle the different energies and noisy interruptions swirling around our spaces. One part that really stayed with me was @Andrea Leslie ’s share about her realization as a wedding planner that she unconsciously absorbs everyone else's stress, and how she visualized an energetic filter at the top of her head to protect her body. 🛡️ I also loved @Grace Brown's reflection on finding peace within her pregnancy tiredness, and her beautiful group reminder to declare "that's not mine" whenever we find ourselves accidentally taking on someone else's chaotic frequency. It felt like such a grounding mental exercise and a beautiful reminder that while we can't always control the environments or shifting moods of the people around us, we always have the power to return to our breath, protect our inner alignment, and remain patient for the things we want in life. So I'm curious: 🤔 Are you currently acting as an emotional sponge for other people's stress, or are you actively filtering the energy you let into your body? How can you practice letting go of what isn't yours this week to give your mind and heart more permission to relax? Thank you all for joining today and for making the conversation feel so thoughtful and genuine and for the beautiful reminder of how these mindfulness practices can bring a sense of calm to our entire households! If you missed today’s session, the replay is here. Looking forward to seeing you all on Monday 😊

Truth, Transitions, and Inner Peace
Hi everyone! I just wanted to share that I really enjoyed today’s meditation and group conversation. There was something really calming about this breathwork practice, and I loved hearing everyone’s reflections on finding stillness. One part that really stayed with me was Andrea’s share about navigating busy summer schedules and letting go of the pressure of "enoughness" as a mom and business owner. It was also so relatable hearing Kristi talk about using this practice to clear out that frantic, "fight-or-flight" feeling and smooth out a heavy season of transition. It felt like such a grounding way to begin the day, and a beautiful reminder that taking a moment to reset our nervous systems allows us to step back into our truth and remember that we are fully supported. Thank you all for joining today and for making the conversation feel so thoughtful and genuine. If you missed today’s session, the replay is here. Looking forward to seeing you all on Monday 😊

Finally Sharing What This Space Has Meant to Me
I’ve been thinking about how much this space has quietly become part of real life for me 🥰 Working closely with Gurminder through Soul Care has supported me in more ways than I expected. Of course it has shaped my work, but even more than that, it has changed how I handle stress, how I reset, and how I come back to myself when life feels full. I could relate to that so deeply with Karen when she shared how he change her life. Soul Care has a way of giving people something steady to return to. It brings you back to what matters, and over time, that begins to ripple into everyday life. I also love seeing how this work reaches beyond just us. Even my daughter already knows breathwork because of her exposure to the meditations here in SoulCare, and hearing Karen talk about her granddaughter following along made me smile. It’s amazing how children can connect with these practices in their own natural way too. That’s one of the things I appreciate most about this community. It’s not only the sessions themselves, it’s the stories, the growth, and the small ways this work keeps showing up outside the calls. I’m really grateful to be here, to keep learning from all of you, and to keep hearing everyone’s stories. And I’m already looking forward to your book, Karen 😊
