Thank you to everyone who joined our circle for today's meditation 🤍
During our practice, we visualized standing at the base of a mountain representing a personal journey we have been walking. Taking four steps upward and four steps forward with each breath, we looked back at the old fears and insecurities that once felt heavy, only to realize how many never amounted to anything real. Reaching the top was an invitation to pause, breathe, and celebrate our resilience before stepping forward into a new chapter.
How often do we sprint from one season to the next without pausing to honor how far we have climbed?
You do not have to carry old baggage into what is next. Give yourself credit for surviving the terrain, and step into your next chapter with a calm, grounded heart.
So I’m curious:
What is one old fear or doubt you are leaving on the mountain as you move forward?
If you missed today’s reset, catch the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊
