Finding Light in the Small Moments 🤍
Hi everyone!
Just wanted to drop a quick note to say how special today’s meditation and group share felt.
There was such a comforting energy to our practice today, especially around the idea of choosing light over tension. 's reflection really stuck with me, how she's heading into her big family trip intentionally bringing warmth and good vibes into the room. And I loved ’s story about her daughter quietly joining in at the end. It was such a sweet, real-life reminder of how our own internal calm quietly sets the tone for the people we love.
Starting the morning like this felt like a big, grounding exhale. It was a gentle reminder that when we pause to reset, showing up with kindness and patience just comes so much easier.
Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared so openly today, it always makes these conversations feel so real and genuine.
