Daily Journal Practice
Here's where my day starts...
After 13 months of this practice, I wake with an empty mind, excited to sit down with my journal (and cup of cofffee), to create my day from scratch.
I write out the template for my journal, then take a few minutes to enjoy my morning coffee and listen to some relaxing music ... Within a few minutes, I'm writing and describing the day I intend to create.
