I’m bringing someone in under my wing that can handle a ton of leads everyday and call them up to book appointments but I need someone that is motivated to make a shit ton of money and grow into a sales position eventually.

No you will not be paid a base. I want people who know what they’re capable of and that will book appointments like their life depends on it. I’m waiting for the right person to come in so I can scale the company aggressively.

Commission will be $40 per qualified show. If you book 6 qualified appointments every day and 3 show, that’s $120*/day. We service* Window Replacement and Installation Contractors with Meta Advertisement, Lead Qualification, and GHL Appointment Booking Sequences including AI. You can expect to be compensated $2K-3K/month.
