Today’s breathwork exercise is an anker and a tool I have now, when faced with my overwhelming emotions. I spend two weeks with my family in my home country and these visits are always connected to my earlier trauma experience of separation, fear and being alone. I am happy that I have the breathwork tool to be able to connect to myself and to create this inner space of distance to my experience and emotions of deep sadness and overwhelm so I can allow my emotions to flow through without me beeing lost in them.
