I was brought here by the video @James Humecky created. I actually had three different members, on separate occasions, mention it and ask about it in my community... so I figured I should come check it out for myself 🫠 A little about me... I'm working on becoming the highest vibing version of myself while creating a positive impact in the world.. love doing inner work, but I'm even more passionate about bringing that inner world into the outer world.. using the tools we have gained and creating meaningful things. I'm interested in connecting with high vibing, fun people who have purpose, drive, and are building/creating something ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looking forward to getting to know everyone! 💚

💃🏽‼️💥 What would change if partnership—not domination—became the default⁉
What does partnership culture ask of us now? Many of us already value nurturance, collaboration, listening, and feminine wisdom - and we know that these are not second class strengths. We know the world does not need more domination dressed up as leadership. But honoring the feminine has to mean more than liking softness, intuition, or pretty words about balance. It means honoring women as equals, leaders, wisdom keepers, creators, protectors, and full participants in shaping the world. It also means asking where we still avoid conflict to keep the peace, give away our voice, dismiss strength, or repeat old power dynamics without noticing. A more balanced culture needs all of us: strong enough to listen, clear enough to speak, and mature enough to share power. Where can you honor the feminine more fully—in yourself, in women, and in the way you lead?

♥️🍌😍💃 69 baby!!! Guilty Pleasures And CONSISTENCY BREEDS SUCCESS!
Hi everyone! Today marks day 69 of @James Humecky consistently showing up DAILY for morning meditation - live, here. Even tho James has some sugar last night (guilty pleasure) - he deserves and obviously didn’t let him affect him showing up…. Even tho it was hard for him to get up…. DISCIPLINE! Due to responsibility and commitment…. Check out the Day 69 meditation here!!!!!! Lots of thoughts, racing, as per usual, coming and going, observing them…. I showed up because I said I would on day 69. And for me integrity is one of my highest values. Even tho I said it randomly in a comment somewhere to James and he probably doesn’t even remember, I knew!!! Self-integrity is something that I have been working DAILY for the past 8 years. Also, discipline. Discipline comes w practicing it - no matter how hard or how much you don’t want - like getting up in the morning, for example… This is a good example the kind of human James is…. I share values w him - self-integrity, commitment, responsibility. And after effect of those comes discipline, tenacity & success. And then, of course - JOY & FREEDOM! So, it’s ok to have guilty pleasures! By all means!! Especially if we have the discipline to not let those derail us from our path, goals and ways of being….

I feel your smell 💥❤️‍🔥❤️🫵🏼🙏🩷
Smell is one of the earliest senses developed in human evolution and taps right into the limbic system and excites us on a level beyond our understanding. We literally can feel a smell much like we can taste the color. This was some random thing that was sent to me and I just wanted to share it with you and have you remember and pay attention to the smell smells around you. Pay attention to the smells of the ones you love as much as to the smell of those that maybe you don’t love so much. Smell is constantly playing a song on your brain 🧠 on your nervous system, and plucking at the strings of your heart and your deepest primal urge 🦍

🌈 69 Days in a Row - this is my WIN for the day‼️‼️💃🏽🕺
💃🏽🕺 I wore my red Hawaiian shirt in celebration!! 😏 😎 But underneath the joke is something real: 69 days of getting up and doing the practice. After 69 days of meditation I feel a lot more self-trust. I’ve noticed more focus, more discipline, and a stronger ability to come back when my mind is scattered or life gets noisy. That steadiness is bleeding into the rest of my life. And I’m watching it happen here too. People are using this practice as an anchor through stress, caregiving, grief, ADHD, big transitions, and ordinary hard days. What have you stayed committed to long enough to feel yourself change? What practice has helped you stay upright when life gets wobbly?
