😎 But underneath the joke is something real: 69 days of getting up and doing the practice.
After 69 days of meditation I feel a lot more self-trust.
I’ve noticed more focus, more discipline, and a stronger ability to come back when my mind is scattered or life gets noisy. That steadiness is bleeding into the rest of my life.
And I’m watching it happen here too. People are using this practice as an anchor through stress, caregiving, grief, ADHD, big transitions, and ordinary hard days.
