✨ DAY 41: Follow Through on Your Boundary ✨
The Relationship Pattern I Am Working On:
Taking responsibility for things that are outside of my control and carrying more than my share emotionally.
My Boundary:
I will support others without taking ownership of their responsibilities, decisions, or outcomes.
The Action I Took Today:
I consciously redirected my focus back to what I could control and chose not to spend my energy trying to fix situations that were not mine to carry. Instead, I focused on my priorities, my clients, and the things that move my life forward.
What I Noticed:
I felt lighter.
I realised that protecting my energy doesn't mean I care less. It means I care for myself too.
The more I focus on what I can control, the more peace, clarity, and momentum I create in my own life.
🤍 One of my biggest lessons lately has been learning that I can be compassionate without carrying everything. Support doesn't require self-sacrifice. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is release what isn't ours to carry and return our energy to the life we're building.
Today I proved:
👉 I AM someone who follows through on healthy boundaries because I understand that my energy is valuable, my peace matters, and my future deserves my focus more than my frustrations. ✨
