Last Friday, I joined a live online soul-searching session with Olga as part of this group listening experience. I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but I was open to wherever the journey would take me. During the session, I found myself transported back to when I was just six years old. In that memory, I felt like an outsider — as though I didn’t fully belong. Sitting with that younger version of myself was emotional. I could feel the loneliness and the quiet yearning to be seen and accepted. But as the session unfolded, something shifted. Instead of staying stuck in that feeling of being on the outside, I realized I am no longer that child. I have grown, I have found strength, and most importantly — I have become my own best friend. That moment was powerful. It reminded me that healing often comes from within. We can’t always rewrite the past, but we can revisit it, embrace the parts of ourselves that once felt left out, and bring them the love and acceptance they needed. My biggest takeaway: I don’t need to wait for others to make me feel included. I can choose to show up for myself with kindness, understanding, and compassion. I can be my own safe place.

The amethyst that found me a day before we spoke about this theme-stone today...... wonderful. Holding it my hands yesterday helped create massive dreams last night.....
