What would it take for you to receive yourself — and your business — fully today?
And actually, not just today, but every day. What is it that can help you to recognise your worth, your unique value and contribution to everyone's life & business including your own??? When it comes to business, receiving yourself fully means recognising your worth without needing external validation. It’s a reminder that your energy is your product — the more you receive yourself, the more clients and opportunities receive you. Imagine the life and business that you can create when you are fully embracing your capacities and capabilities.... And here comes the greatest quest of mine: to learn how to Receive with Grace.... How to receive me with grace instead of judgment... how to recognise others is much easier. What are the tools you find working for you to do that...

Do you notice when you are placing limits on yourself?
Hi Everyone! Super Soul Sunday ❣️ Sometimes we pick up labels—an assessment result, a manager’s comment, a role we wore for years—and without meaning to, we start living them. What if we could notice the label, thank it for the info, and let our deeper self lead? I would love to hear your thoughts on how you overcome this?

Aah, great point @Rosley Sibanda 👏👏 Yes, long before I did the PQ saboteur assessment, I already claimed the role of "people pleaser". Nowadays, I usually call myself a "recovering people pleaser" and through PQ I have learned how to intercept and weaken my pleaser saboteur. Mostly by being aware, noticing when its at play and asking "what pleases me in this situation?" and by doing mindfulness exercises to move me into the present moment and activate my sage brain.

@Rosley Sibanda Exactly 💯
Were you the “responsible one” in your family? ✨
When I was little, my middle brother had epilepsy and other health challenges, and a lot of my parent's attention went to him, by default. Without anyone saying it, my eldest brother and I picked up the message: “We mustn't be a burden; we must help out wherever we can.” So, we became the responsible ones. The goody two-shoes. Hyper-Achievers. Controllers. People-Pleasers. Always reliable, doing the "right thing", in control of everything and often putting our own needs last to make sure everyone else was okay. That pattern followed me into adulthood, and I only recently realised how much it still shapes my life today. 🌿 What about you? Were you the responsible one in your family, or did you play a different role?

@Laurel Scotson Shoo, Laurel, sounds like you have really been through some extremely testing times. How incredibly resilient you are. I can imagine what an amazing healer and lightworker you must be after overcoming all these traumas and reinventing yourself.

@Isabella Rebello Aah, my pleasure, Isabella. 💗 I am curious to know, have you had the chance to do the assessment I sent you? If you found this perspective interesting, I think you will be blown away by Positive Intelligence.
✨Business Reveals Character✨
One thing I’ve noticed in business (and in life) is this: who you work with or collaborate with isn’t just about skills, it’s about character. The way someone treats others is often a preview of how they’ll eventually treat you. I’ve come to realize that how we show up matters just as much — not only in our results, but in the respect, honesty, and humanity we bring into every interaction. Business at its core isn’t just about deals or services — it’s about relationships, trust, and how we make people feel. Here’s a question to sit with: If the way you treat your clients, colleagues, or partners was mirrored back to you tomorrow — would you feel valued, respected, and seen? Or would it reveal something you need to change?🥸

Excellent post @Ntandazo Banisi and thought-provoking question to consider. There is nothing more character-defining than seeing how a person high up in leadership treats those in lower positions. Madiba is my favourite example of someone who treated everyone, from every echelon of life with the same kindness and deep respect. He taught us the power of humility and servant leadership. Sometimes, I think I treat my clients and colleagues better than my partner (spouse). I have noticed how easy it is to hurt, disrespect, ignore, or under-appreciate those closest to us. Its a bad habit I would like to shake. Another question I find helps me shift this is to ask myself, what if this was my last day on earth - or theirs? How would we treat our nearest and dearest then?
