I’ve been thinking about something others may not know this morning…
First question:
How many members do you currently have vs want to have?
It’s important to examine where you are and the next checkpoint (not finish line because that’s constantly shifting right?)
Next question:
Did you know the most engaged and active communities still only have 1-10% of their members being heavily active?
That means depending on how many people you have… you should see 1-10 top members consistently on the leaderboard.
Which brings me to my final question…
Do you use your leaderboard? Do you have perks or challenges that prompt members to want to level up and gain points? Do they KNOW about points and how to level up?
