This week I went to a cottage in Northern Ontario with 3 of my siblings.
I scheduled posts before leaving, and chose a light and happy topic - Animals & Our Health!
I also hired our very own to engage with people for a short period daily. Just last week I was overwhelmed by the amount of time I was spending on securing The Exchange's success.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁.
I learned that I do not have to be present in The Exchange 12 hrs daily for it to remain successful.
Over this week 9 people joined - with ZERO networking - which reinforces my assertion that if for nothing but scrolling visibility - RANK STILL MATTERS!
Engagement today is 94% and people are chatting among themselves, welcoming members, posting if they have a community - just as if I was there 12 hrs a day.

Will I reduce the amount of time I am there? Yes, but will I leave it for long periods of time on its own?

It is hard. The success of The Exchange is literally a matter of being able to stay in my home in a year, but I now know I am past needing to be there excessively!
