I’m building a Skool community right now, and I’ll be honest — engagement is slower than I expected.
What I’m learning, though, is that pushing for interaction too early changes the energy of the space.
I’m experimenting with consistency, clarity, and restraint instead of urgency. Less “how do I get people to respond?” and more “what makes this a room people want to come back to?”
I don’t know yet how it will scale. But I’m paying close attention to culture, not just metrics.
If visibility matters in 2026, I think this part — how the space actually feels — matters more than we admit.
