I'm changing the gameplan on Skool communities
I just launched my $9/month community yesterday 🚀 Welcome to The Skool Summit Community Whether you're hosting your first summit or scaling your next one, you'll learn how to build & launch events in 90 days that grow your Skool community, create partnerships, attract new members, and generate revenue. This just made sense! As a business coach, community builder, and OG Skool summit host. I've grown Skool communities to more than 12,000 members through summits, bundles, collaborations, and live events while generating $10,000–$15,000 per month in recurring revenue. This community is where I've organized my Skool summit trainings, templates, strategies, and resources in one place. Who is launching a summit on Skool in 2026? This is why you need this community!! Lavender To The Rescue!
It’s not just pressure… your system is trying to protect you. You’re sitting at your computer… and that familiar pressure starts building behind your eyes. You’re still working. Still trying to push through. But your focus is slipping… and your body is getting tighter. That’s not random. That’s your nervous system reading the moment as pressure… and shifting into protection mode. When that happens, your system doesn’t prioritize clarity. It prioritizes survival. Which is why everything starts to feel harder than it should. This is where Lavender matters more than most people realize. Not because it’s “relaxing.” But because it communicates safety to your nervous system. Scent moves fast. It reaches the limbic system—the part of your brain that processes safety and threat—without needing you to think your way there. And when your system receives that signal… it can begin to release some of that internal pressure. Not all at once. But enough to come back to yourself. A quick note on Lavender itself: True Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is most commonly sourced from regions like France and Bulgaria, where climate and soil conditions support a softer, more balanced chemical profile. That matters… because not all “lavender” is the same. High-quality Lavender tends to have a smoother, slightly sweet, herbaceous aroma— not sharp, not overly medicinal. That softer profile is part of why it’s so effective for moments like this. It doesn’t overwhelm your system… it gently signals it. Try this: Place 1 drop of Lavender on a cotton pad or tissue Hold it a few inches from your nose Inhale slowly for 3–4 breaths No stopping your day. No forcing yourself to “calm down.” Just giving your system a clear message: you’re safe enough to keep going—without the pressure. Sometimes what we call overwhelm… is really a system that hasn’t been reminded it’s safe. Where do you notice that pressure first when your day starts to build? For educational purposes only. Essential oils should be properly diluted when applied to skin. Not medical advice.

P.O.V. You Think There’s No Room For Your Dreams
📝 Meanwhile, in 1885, Sarah E. Goode was determined to find a solution for families in tiny Chicago apartments, who had almost no room. She designed a bed that folded up into a cabinet. 💡 Invention: Cabinet bed (a bed that turned into a cabinet/desk, creating both a comfortable sleep space at night and a dedicated work space during day. 🧱 Resistance: Getting a patent and respect for her design meant pushing through racism, sexism, and being flatly ignored. 🧾 System & Records: Sarah could not just say, “I have a cool idea.” She had to: • Draw clear pictures of how the bed folded up and down. • Measure and write down how the wood pieces fit together in a clear concise manner. • Show that it was safe and strong enough for real families. Those careful drawings and notes were her step‑by‑step system of proof that her idea did work, which helped her win her patent even when the world refused to see her. 🧨 Every corner of your life feels crowded. You work, care for family, and your business gets squeezed into leftover scraps of time and energy. 🏁 Simple System: • Step 1: Pick one 30‑minute window you already have (lunch break, car line, after dinner). • Step 2: Name it “Cabinet Time” and protect it on your calendar 3 days a week. • Step 3: Decide one task you always do in that window (plan tomorrow’s posts, outline one email, check in with leads). ‼️ Your dreams deserve a reserved & secure space to flourish. Drop “CABINET TIME” in the comments and share: • Which 30-minute window you’re claiming • What ONE task lives there No explaining. Just claiming.
