Healthy, quick, on-the-go snacks?
Every day at work, I try to pack myself something quick and easy to snack on during my break at work. The "healthy" options that I find myself mainly going with typically are dried fruits. Sometimes, I can find these as no sugar added options, but sometimes I cannot. I'm finding it difficult to figure out what snacks I can take that are portable, quick to eat during a short work break, and are more truly healthy (no/low sugar and sodium levels). Any suggestions?

I’ve read articles online about having cheat meals weekly, and other articles about cheat days. Is it best to treat ourselves to a meal or have a day to eat what we want? Cheat meal once a week or cheat day during the holidays/special occasions?
