“Dreams are free. Goals have a cost. Time, effort, sacrifice, and sweat. How will you pay for your goals?” -Usain Bolt – Usain St Leo Bolt, is a Jamaican former sprinter, widely considered the greatest sprinter of all time. He is a world record holder in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 4 × 100 meters relay. How many of us dare to dream, and what are dreams? According to Sigmund Freud, dreams are the imagery of a wish or impulse from childhood that has since been repressed. This is why Freud studied dreams to understand the unconscious mind. Therefore, according to Freud, your dreams reveal your repressed wishes to you, but I say, why not dream, and why not dream BIG! There are no limitations as to who you are and what you can accomplish in your dreams. No one can tell you NO in your dreams. You are the creator. You can dream yourself to love, riches, good health and success. Some people have attributed the quote “If you can dream it, you can do it,” to Walt Disney, and whether he said it or not, what better example do you need than someone who took the imagery of a mouse and made that mouse into an international household celebrity with theme parks all over the world. So, I say, dare to dream, but also dare to take ACTION on your dreams, especially when it comes to your health.
