Our Women of Six Weeks to Fitness with Vince Special Discussion
🌟 Exciting News & Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs- Including Those in Fitness, Health, and Wellness! 🌟 Hey Amazing Women of Six Weeks to Fitness with Vince! 💪🏽✨ I’m thrilled to share something BIG with you all! I’ve been selected as a U.S. Ambassador for the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) — a world-class international event happening June 2–5 with none other than Mark Cuban (yes, from Shark Tank 🦈💼) as the headliner! As part of my role, I’m giving entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and visionaries like YOU the chance to be featured in my magazine: 📖 Entrepreneurs In The Spotlight with Glenna: This special edition is being designed by my team and will include feature pages, sponsorship opportunities, and business highlights. It will be shared with hundreds—if not thousands—of attendees and leaders at the GEC, giving your brand valuable visibility on a global stage. ✅ Have a business you’re proud of? ✅ Know someone doing great things? ✅ Want to sponsor a page or promote a service? Let’s connect! I’ll be talking more about this opportunity tonight, so if you’re interested, please bring your ideas and questions. The Zoom link is on the Calendar here on the platform. Let’s uplift, promote, and empower each other. The world is watching—and we’re ready to shine. 💫 Here is a preview of the magazine. We are still adding pages, making changes, and overall working this out for a word-wide audience. We will also link to everyone's website, etc. Send me a chat if you or someone you know is interested. Congratulations, Glenna 👏 That's awesome 😊 Unfortunately, ladies, I'm most likely not going to be able to today's discussion. We just got back from a little Mother's Day getaway and we're having some more family time right now.

3 - I like to unwind by watching TV or listening to music and not really being disturbed
How to know when to push
If you're recovering from an injury or even just some minor soreness/achiness, how can you tell when it's safe to start transitioning from resting and taking it easy to pushing yourself and getting back to more normal or strenuous activities - taking it to the next level to challenge yourself more? Related question: When working out, how do you know if any soreness that you feel during or after the workout is a good, positive, normal ache indicating that "my muscles are getting stronger and I got a good workout" versus a bad, negative ache indicating that "I did something wrong and I pushed myself too much or hurt myself"?

Healthy, quick, on-the-go snacks?
Every day at work, I try to pack myself something quick and easy to snack on during my break at work. The "healthy" options that I find myself mainly going with typically are dried fruits. Sometimes, I can find these as no sugar added options, but sometimes I cannot. I'm finding it difficult to figure out what snacks I can take that are portable, quick to eat during a short work break, and are more truly healthy (no/low sugar and sodium levels). Any suggestions?

@Qamar Said Fruits are always a good snacking option 👍These days, I've been snacking on healthier granola bars, vegetable slices (cucumbers, red/yellow/orange bell peppers), mixed nuts, and low sugar/no-added sugar organic fruit strips. Thanks for asking :)

@Kendra Bowman Choosing snacks that are low in sugar and carbs to avoid feeling hungry or tired later is a good idea. I like the items you listed (although, I'd prefer a nice red apple over the Granny Smith ones and non-Greek yogurt over the Greek yogurt, but I'd still eat those too lol).
Improving Posture
Any tips for how we can work on our posture everyday to avoid hunching over all the time when we sit and avoid back problems now and in the future?
