🌟 Meet Stella, Our Amazing New Intern!
Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of our team: Stella! Stella is joining us as our community intern, and she is going to be incredibly active in helping you all succeed. Over the coming days, she will be reaching out to you directly to say hello and see how you're doing. Moving forward, Stella is your go-to person if you have any questions about: - Navigating this Skool platform so you can get the most out of the community. - Your VINCE digital magazine exposure and how to maximize your feature. - Using the www.vincemag.press magazine companion website effectively. - Your complimentary pages on www.vincemag.press with your bios, products and services being placed in an article there. You can promote your products and services there to drive traffic back to your websites... better than being on noisy group pages where no one is really paying attention. We post for you, because we do have to APPROVE your page information. She brings a ton of energy and fresh ideas to the table, and we’re lucky to have her supporting you all. You’ll be seeing her in your DMs and around the forum, so please join me in giving Stella a massive community welcome in the comments! Let’s welcome Stella! 👇

@Glenna Gonzalez Thank you Glenna. I've been quiet recently because I am dealing with some personal issues. However, I will never forget how the mentoring from you and Vince improved my life during the very scary time of COVID and how your messages and videos continue to motivate me.

Getting Healthy Meals
Getting a healthy meal on the table doesn't have to be complicated. This Lemon-Herb Grilled Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes is a perfect balance of lean protein, complex carbs, and fiber to keep you full while supporting your goals. The Recipe: Lemon-Herb Grilled Chicken & Veggies Serves 1 | Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 20 mins | Ingredient | Amount | Why it works | |---|---|---| | Chicken Breast | 5-6 oz | High protein, low fat to maintain muscle. | | Sweet Potato | 1 small (cubed) | Complex carbs for sustained energy. | | Asparagus/Broccoli | 1 cup | High fiber and micronutrients. | | Olive Oil | 1 tsp | Healthy fats for nutrient absorption. | | Lemon/Herbs | To taste | Massive flavor with zero added calories. | Instructions * Prep the Spuds: Toss cubed sweet potatoes with a tiny bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes until tender. * Season the Protein: Rub your chicken breast with dried oregano, garlic powder, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. * Grill & Steam: Grill the chicken over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side. In the last 5 minutes, toss your asparagus or broccoli into a steamer basket or on the grill next to the chicken. * Assemble: Plate it up with a side of fresh greens or cucumber for extra volume without the calories. Pro-Tip for Weight Loss Try the "Half-Plate Rule": Fill half your plate with non-starchy vegetables (like the asparagus and salad pictured) before adding your protein and carbs. This trick uses volume to trick your brain into feeling full faster!

Hi Glenna, Thanks for sharing these delicious recipes. I worked with a person several years ago and, when I occasionally presented a suggestion that I thought might enhance productivity, he responded, "You're cooking on all four burners!" I enjoyed that compliment. You are always cooking on all four burners - and the oven!!!! Thanks for your wise (and tasty) advice to this community.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going
Happy Monday, this is a quick reminder to make your health a priority by making exercise a habit. It’s the quiet, daily commitment to showing up even when you don't feel like it. It shifts the focus from feeling like exercising to simply doing it as a non-negotiable part of the day, just like brushing your teeth and taking a shower. It's a normal part of your day and you feel and look so much better😃

Thanks Vince for all your wise and practical advice. I agree that including exercise in the morning routine does become a habit instead of a chore. Perhaps not as quick and easy as brushing teeth but the benefit to mood and health is worth the few extra minutes doing squats, stretching and moving more instead of sitting.
Finish This Year Stronger!
Hey Six Weeks to Fitness Crew! We are officially in the final stretch of the year! This is the season where schedules get chaotic, distractions are everywhere, and it can be tempting to mentally "check out" and say, "I'll start fresh in January." We say, ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is the most critical time to dig in and prove to yourself what you are capable of. Think of these last few weeks as a victory lap for the incredible progress you’ve already made. Don't let your hard work be an effort from last year—let it be the foundation you build on right now. Your End-of-Year Power Strategy: * Maintain Your Momentum: Even if your routine is disrupted by holidays, prioritize movement. A 20-minute bodyweight circuit is better than skipping entirely. Keep the habit alive! * Focus on Fuel: The temptation to overindulge is high. Don't restrict, but prioritize protein and veggies before enjoying the treats. Fuel your workouts, don't derail them! * Set Micro-Goals: What is one specific, measurable thing you can achieve before December 31st? (e.g., Add 5 lbs to your squat, Drink 8 glasses of water daily, Hit 10,000 steps 5 days a week). Achieve that, and you start the new year with a win. Vince’s Skool Mantra: The work you put in today is the effort your future self will thank you for. Let's make January 1st a continuation, not a frantic restart. Let’s commit right now to ending 2025 on a high note! Tell us in the comments! What is the ONE micro-goal you are setting for yourself to finish the year strong? Stay Strong and Focused, The Six Weeks Team

Let's use this feeling of deep gratitude to recharge our spirits, refocus our efforts, and inspire each other to reach new heights. Thank you, Vince, for the vision, motivation, and tough love that has powered this Skool.
