PUBLIC POST: “Why I’m Speaking Up About All These Patches
Today's class is different.
Every time one of these “miracle patches,” “secret neurotech,” or “doctor‑recommended breakthroughs” starts circulating online, something in me lights up.
Not anger.
Not judgment.
Not superiority.
But
Integrity.
Why I’m Speaking Up And Why It Took Me All Day
I’ve been thinking about whether to address this all day.
Not because I’m afraid.
Not because I’m unsure.
But because I don’t take this lightly.
Every time one of these “miracle patches,” “secret neurotech,” or “doctor‑recommended breakthroughs” starts circulating online, I feel that familiar pull inside me the one that says:
“People are going to get hurt by this.”
And I can’t ignore that.
Everything I do, I do with integrity.
That’s not a slogan for me.
It’s the backbone of my work, my voice, and my presence in these spaces.
And part of that integrity means speaking up when something is being sold as science, but isn’t.
You’ve seen the posts:
“Thousands of doctors recommend it.” “It changes your brain.” “Totally natural.” “DM me for details.”
And somehow the people posting about them can’t explain:
  • what it is
  • how it works
  • why it’s a secret
  • or why the explanation only exists in private messages
Meanwhile, I spend my days doing the opposite.
Every single day, I expose myths that have hurt people. Myths that made them feel broken. Myths that made them blame themselves. Myths that stole their money, their hope, and their trust in their own body.
I’ve watched people:
  • spend money they didn’t have
  • chase promises that weren’t real
  • feel ashamed when the “miracle” didn’t work
  • lose trust in their own physiology
  • lose trust in real healing
  • lose hope in medicine
And it breaks my heart every time.
Because your body is not broken. Your nervous system is not a mystery. And your health is not a sales opportunity.
When someone leads with:
  • secrecy
  • mystery
  • “thousands of doctors”
  • vague science words
  • and a DM funnel
it’s not a breakthrough. It's a business model.
I’m speaking up because I care about people who are tired, hurting, overwhelmed, and looking for answers, and I don’t want them pulled into something that was never meant to help them.
I’m speaking up because integrity matters to me more than being liked, more than being quiet, more than letting things slide.
I’m speaking up because I’ve watched too many people get hurt by false hope.
And I’m speaking up because if I can help even one person avoid getting sucked into this crap, then it’s worth the discomfort, the pushback, and the weight of saying something publicly.
I don’t take this lightly. I never have. I never will.
And I will always choose truth over trend, clarity over confusion, and people over products.
And I’m Speaking Up About All These Patches. Not Just One Particular Patch.
And lately, there’s been a wave of “miracle patches” floating around the internet.
Not just one brand.
Not just one company.
Not just one product.
All of them.
The “phototherapy” patches.
The “frequency” patches.
The “stem‑cell activating” patches.
The “neurotech” patches.
The “vibrotactile” patches.
The “energy” patches.
The “doctor‑recommended” patches.
Different names.
Different stories. Same playbook.
And here’s something important I want to say clearly:
The people convinced to sell these patches are victims too.
They’re often:
  • promised financial freedom
  • handed scripts full of pseudoscience
  • told to mimic experts
  • trained to use secrecy and DMs
  • encouraged to recruit others
  • taught that skepticism is negativity
  • pressured to believe the product works, or they are the problem.
They’re not villains.
They’re people who were sold a dream, and now feel responsible for selling it to others.
I’m not calling them out.
I’m calling out the system that uses them.
At the end of the day, this isn’t about patches.
It’s not about brands.
It’s not about calling people out.
It’s about calling people back
back to their own bodies,
back to their own intuition,
back to information that doesn’t manipulate them,
back to a kind of health education that doesn’t require secrecy or sales scripts.
I don’t speak up because it’s easy.
I speak up because it’s necessary.
And if you’ve been here for any length of time, you know this about me:
I will always choose integrity over silence.
I will always choose people over products.
I will always choose truth over trends.
Every day, I dismantle myths that have hurt people.
Every day, I watch the relief on someone’s face when they realize their body isn’t broken, the information was.
Every day, I see how much harm these “miracle” solutions can do, not just financially, but emotionally and physiologically.
So yes, I’m speaking up.
And yes, I’m doing it publicly.
Because people deserve better.
Because you deserve better.
Because the folks selling these things, many of them victims of the same tactics, deserve better too.
And because if even one person reads this and feels a little more grounded, a little more empowered, a little less vulnerable to the noise
Then it was worth saying.
Always.
