Was up all night trying to catch a mouse and ended up sleeping through my gym time today. I figure being late and well rested beats a half effort workout any time
do you guys think going to the gym is worth it when you know you canโt give it your all ( hurt, tired, exhausted, or just mentally drained ) i canโt make up my mind about it
