Found a recipe for some Greek yogurt that tastes/feels like cookie dough and wanted to share, it’s great. 4 oz Greek Yogurt 0% fat 2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter 2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup 1/4 oz Jello Cheesecake Pudding mix no sugar Dark Chocolate chips Comes out to about 20-25g of protein for less than 200 calories. Great for a cut!
Was up all night trying to catch a mouse and ended up sleeping through my gym time today. I figure being late and well rested beats a half effort workout any time
@Aditya Patwal I always make sleep a priority. If I have to be at work early I’ll make sure I’m in bed asap, of course that’s easier said than done for some people. I also take magnesium glycinate which helps induce sleep, and deeper sleep.
do you guys think going to the gym is worth it when you know you can’t give it your all ( hurt, tired, exhausted, or just mentally drained ) i can’t make up my mind about it
It depends, but great question. If you’re actually injured, or physically weak, I’d say it’s best to skip. If you don’t want to go because mentally you don’t feel like - always go. Discipline is instilled when you go the days you don’t feel like it.
