Hidden Potential, Day 1-30
Welcome to the gym beginner's program! In this part of the course, we will show you how to go from having no knowledge or experience in the gym to being comfortable using different types of equipment and existing within the space. This will enable you to build a strong foundation of functional strength and make muscle gains that lead into the later parts of the program. At this phase, expect to spend 30-45 minutes in the gym per session and to make small lifestyle adjustments for your health.

Power Unleashed, Day 31-60
This stage of the program seeks to build on your strength and muscle gains made over the last month and propel them forward by increasing workout duration and intensity. At this stage, you will begin doing more advanced workouts that target the entirety of the given muscle group on a given day. You will also begin working on your core strength, a vital component to a complete physique. Finally, the lifestyle changes in this section will begin to be more conducive to improving your fitness!

Breaking the Limits! Day 61-90
You've made it to the final stretch of the program! This section will take the intensity up to a level that will push your body but be sustainable for a lifetime. Each bias in each muscle group will be targeted during each day of the split, and support muscles like the core and forearms will be developed. More work is done with free weights to emphasize stability development. The goals and challenges in this section emphasize personal development and setting goals following up on the program.

The Z-Power Upper/Lower Program
The Z-Power split is a low volume, high intensity training split for those chasing that Saiyan aesthetic. If you want a challenge, look no further. Weeks 2-3 will get you acclimated. Week 3 gets you building strength. After that, you'll push harder each session. With a variety of exercises ranging from free weights, machines, and dumbbells, its got something to offer to any warrior. One of our personal favorite splits at the Academy, tailored just right for someone looking for a new split.
