The Z-Power Upper/Lower Program
The Z-Power split is a low volume, high intensity training split for those chasing that Saiyan aesthetic. If you want a challenge, look no further. Weeks 2-3 will get you acclimated. Week 3 gets you building strength. After that, you'll push harder each session. With a variety of exercises ranging from free weights, machines, and dumbbells, its got something to offer to any warrior.
