This week, donât set goals. CHOOSE alignment from the energy of excitement, safety and JOY.
Instead of asking âWhat do I need to stop or fix?â ask:
- What do I desire to feel more of this year?(Energy, vitality, ease, confidence, peace, joy, connection?)
- What is ONE small action I can ADD each day that supports that feeling and moves me into the identity/evidence?(Protein first, a 10-minute walk, 2 minutes of heart coherence, one aligned business action.)
- Before you act, do an energy check:Does this choice feel expanding or contracting in your body?
Your only job this week is to stack evidence that you are someone who follows through, not perfectly, but consistently.
