Your only job this week is to stack evidence that you are someone who follows through, not perfectly, but consistently. Boom 💥 this week I have felt like my intentions for this year have fallen away, I planned them on starting my new job of my dreams (which I just started last week) but I think it put too much pressure on myself. I changed my mindset to go with it, sleep in if my body needed it. I have a whole new routine and thought my intentions would flow through with me. I didn’t realise how much the change would affect me after 17 years of the same job. I am excited for realigning my intentions and I have been manifesting my vision of a day with more time, I planned my ME time before everyone else is up so that I am calmer and my nervous system is regulated. What I have found this week, it’s been a long time since I actually haven’t felt wired all day long, when I get home and before bed ! Thank you for your reminders, I will bring back my micro habits daily, for ME not for the routine they were becoming…I think in my mind I linked them to coping with my old job, stress and how life was before . Not defined by yesterday. Not limited by circumstance. Not constrained by fear. SELF-IGNITED. This morning mantra CHANGED MY LIFE. It was gifted to me by a coach when I was navigating the most mind bending betrayal and face down moment of my life. I could have chosen fear, uncertainty, resentment that would have derailed everything I had worked so hard to achieve. But I chose each morning to align with love and possibility. To see the GIFT. To move with this faith. When you align your light with the Light and love of the creator, when you choose love, trust, and openness over control, your nervous system softens, your heart expands, and life begins to meet you with grace. Miracles don’t arrive through force. They arrive through alignment. Today, choose to move as love. Choose to speak from a place of wholeness. Choose to think from faith. Choose to act as the woman who knows she is held, guided, and supported. Your openness is the doorway. Your coherence is the signal. Your willingness is the power switch. ✨ Let today surprise you. ✨

15 Min Chinese Chicken - Family FAV!
My daughter asks me to make this literally every week- the best part is, I can throw it together on the spot, even if I am frazzled and unprepared! Perfect for those days where you are wearing too many hats, or you just don't feel like too much prep or cleaning. 15min Chinese Chicken Ingredients: 800 g boneless chicken thighs, sliced 30 ml soy sauce 30 ml oyster sauce or BBQ aminos 30 ml maple or honey (traditionally brown sugar) 30 ml Chinese rice wine 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed Freshly ground pepper, to taste 3 spring onions, diced Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish. Gevity Mayo optional ⸻ Method: 1. Marinate the Chicken Place the chicken thigh strips into a large bowl. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, maple, wine, sesame oil, garlic and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if you can (up to overnight for deeper flavour). 2. Heat a large non-stick or stainless-steel pan over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs. Cook for 5 minutes until the skin is golden and caramelised. 3. Turn the chicken over and pour the remaining marinade into the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, turning the chicken once or twice, until fully cooked and tender, spooning sauce over the chicken until glossy and sticky. 5. Serve- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, spring onion and serve hot. ⸻ Serving Suggestions: • Pair with sautéed greens or a fresh Asian-style slaw • Leftovers are excellent cold or reheated for meal prep
