REMINDER : MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE šŸ’Š
Movement isn’t something we do to our bodies. And for me it’s NOT about pushing or proving. šŸ™…ā€ā™€ļø It’s something we do for our energy. ✨ When stress, emotion, or uncertainty builds, the fastest way back to clarity isn’t overthinking, it’s movement. Not for punishment. Not for perfection. FOR PRESENCE. For connection. Every time you move your body with intention, you signal safety to your nervous system. You clear stagnation. You restore momentum. You remember who you are. This is how women thrive- not by forcing more, but by flowing energy through their body. ✨ Call to Action: Move with me today. Even 5 minutes counts. Comment MOVE if you’re committing to conscious movement today, and tag a woman who needs this reminder. šŸ¤ Because when one woman shifts her energy, she gives permission for others to shift with her šŸ’« She Thrives

Life is trustworthy BECAUSE of its curveballs!
Here’s a belief, a universal code that has TRANSFORMED my life and self leadership. Life is trustworthy BECAUSE of its curveballs- not in spite of them. This belief has been the catalyst for my continual evolution into my highest self, even through the most unexpected chapters. When I look back on the extraordinary twists and turns of my life, I’m met with a deep sense of surrender, faith, trust, wonder, and overwhelming gratitude for the divine redirections that shaped me. This guidance- tho sometimes far less gentle than my humanness would prefer šŸ˜‚šŸ« - has been the very force behind the greatest quantum leaps of my existence. Where I land… Always on my feet. Always with an elevated perspective. Not always where I expected, but always worth celebrating… eventually 🫣 Hindsight is powerful. But faith is stronger. Wiser. More expansive. šŸ” There is something breathtaking about the moment it all comes together. When it all makes sense. When you glimpse the master plan. And when you know, like TRULY know, that life is happening FOR you, you begin to recognise every challenge as an invitation. Every redirection as raw material. Every curveball as potential gold. That is how expansion accelerates. You dance with the unexpected. With radical faith. Trusting you’ll learn the steps as you go, because this dance is FOR you. And Because GOD/the universe knows what you need BETTER THAN YOU DO.Ā This higher intelligence holds the full picture- free from fear, rich in love, and unlimited in what’s possible. x

@Kira Love I think with the shame thing I probably didn’t organize my thoughts before writing them. what I meant is that I needed to be able to express the shame I felt into a space where there is no judgement because it’s the feeling that has been present for me today. I know it will pass but it’s there to be seen and felt and acknowledged. Thank you for allowing me to speak freely. I have had to let go of a lot in the last couple of weeks and that has been freeing and also at the same time challenging in many ways. Motherhood continues to be my greatest teacher. As you say there are many moments of joy and growth and happiness. And also moments of challenge. Thank you again for providing the space to speak about it
15 Min Chinese Chicken - Family FAV!
My daughter asks me to make this literally every week- the best part is, I can throw it together on the spot, even if I am frazzled and unprepared!Ā Perfect for those days where you are wearing too many hats, or you just don't feel like too much prep or cleaning. 15min Chinese Chicken Ingredients: 800 g boneless chicken thighs, sliced 30 ml soy sauce 30 ml oyster sauce or BBQ aminos 30 ml maple or honey (traditionally brown sugar) 30 ml Chinese rice wine 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed Freshly ground pepper, to taste 3 spring onions, diced Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish. Gevity Mayo optional āø» Method: 1. Marinate the Chicken Place the chicken thigh strips into a large bowl. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, maple, wine, sesame oil, garlic and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if you can (up to overnight for deeper flavour). 2. Heat a large non-stick or stainless-steel pan over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs. Cook for 5 minutes until the skin is golden and caramelised. 3. Turn the chicken over and pour the remaining marinade into the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, turning the chicken once or twice, until fully cooked and tender, spooning sauce over the chicken until glossy and sticky. 5. Serve- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, spring onion and serve hot. āø» Serving Suggestions: • Pair with sautĆ©ed greens or a fresh Asian-style slaw • Leftovers are excellent cold or reheated for meal prep
