Sleep update
Im not really keeping track of how long ive abstained from alcohol or thc anymore. Im just choosing not thinking about those things anymore. Instead im leaning harder into filling that numbess with things my brain needs to stay in alignment. Ill read until my eyes wont stay open with high frequency vids playing in the background. Ive also been listening to scripture readings from new testament and recently found a reading of the gospels that I really enjoy. Joe Dispenza is there to help me settle down but its not putting me to sleep, just gets my brain clear and ready for the next thing. This has been great but Sunday night was a battle for some reason. I dont need stimulants or sedatives to be the person I want to be. Thats not how God made me. This is what im telling myself and I think its working.
Deleting everybody who’s not active
Yo! Just a heads up that I will delete everybody who ain’t been active in at least last week or so. There’s 30 people in the group but only 2 or 3 participate regularly. If you don’t see the value of being a part of my community I don’t want you here. No hurt feelings or anything just letting you all know. With all due respect. Shark
