Great day today, great sleep, new low on the scale of 181.0. Haven't been this weight since I can't remember when, probably 10 years. So close to 179 i can taste it. Great workout today, nothing crazy incline steps, step machine and some abs. Maybe some easy bi-cep sets in-between. Ending today at least 10,500 steps probably 11k as i didnt wear it for a period of time, and 1900 calaries. Feeling great.
