This video is designed to show investors how they can become an Angel Investor, help a younger couple or a partnership into the Real Estate Market and make a 10% return on their Investment. It's based on a 5 Year Plan, and the pay out is created by the Principal Paydown and the ability to re-finance back to 80% loan to value, even if the market stays flat. The slide deck covers why a Buyer would want to pay an Investor to help them into the Market, and why an Investor would want to Invest in Real Estate in Victoria.
