Just in case you like to keep up on Skool News, here's the latest as of Feb 3rd.

Hello..... I decided to record a quick video update on today's "Coffee Hour". Our next big event will be Wednesday Feb 11th between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM where Judy and Cyrena will unveil our new "Matchmaking Program". I think it will be the defining feature of our "Shared Home Ownership Program", and allow both "Buyers and Investors" to find each other through weighted questions. I also go over our next "Meet and Greet" at Quality Foods, and the next Open House Tour in Royal Bay in Colwood, where they have "Giveaways for the Early Birds". I've attached 2 brand new homes that we will view, and have broken them down into what the main house will sell for and the suite will sell for. Let me know what you think, and let's book a call soon.
