Hi everyone!

What is this Skool Community really about? Some of you who have joined our Skool Community may still be wondering, “What exactly is this community all about?” Fair question. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m still building the airplane while flying it. My philosophy has always been: build it, keep improving it, and the right people will come. But there are a few things I believe to be true: 1. They aren’t building any more land on Vancouver Island. 2. Land will likely continue to become more expensive, which means homes will likely continue to become more expensive as well. 3. We need to explore more creative ways to share our land, our homes, and our housing opportunities. We need to embrace the idea of "Density Without Demolition". 4. If you need to pay every month to keep a roof over your head, it may be better to build equity in partnership with the bank than to keep paying rent to someone else who owns the home.
