Dropped By a 13 Year Old
I have to say I'm having a blast getting thrown on the mat.
So yesterday I had my third class of Judo which is a mix of adults and kids ages 13+
When I go against the teens, I'm a bit bigger and a bit more nimble but they still put me to the ground when I'm trying something.
One of the older guys has this instinctual foot work defense that whenever I do anything to try and trip him up practicing the basics I feel like he's going to break my foot.
There's nothing better in my mind to get good at something than getting tossed around like a doll.
And it lead to an interesting frame I thought about with launching anything.
A lot of us think we need to be picture perfect when it comes to getting something live.
The problem is perfectionism = mass amounts of stress.
The only reason it has to be "perfect" is because we don't know if it will work or not.
Same goes for aggressively scaling up ads when the signs are green.
Instead, the better frame is simple:
Experiment.
Treat everything like it's an experiment that you have no idea it will or won't work.
It may horrifically bomb or bring you more sales than you ever thought possible.
Both options are great.
When we stop putting these mental frames on ourselves everything becomes easier.
Even at a 7 figure level we trip ourselves up because we think we have more to lose.
Instead, just play with a new idea and see if it will work.
If in doubt, ask people.
"I'm thinking about doing this...would you be game?"
Remember we're working with humans, not robots (yet?)
Create experiments that can help your people thrive and enjoy getting thrown around knowing one day you'll hold your ground.

P.S I've got 2 juicy workshops happening next week inside Productize 2.
First is all about how to use Claude Code/Codex to deploy your own offers, sales pages and more.
Second is with Ian Garlic on Wednesday showing you how to land premium clients with Youtube (while ranking with AI search)
So my question to you:
Would you be interested in a lower priced tier where you get lifetime access to The Funnel Engine, The New Course Engine to host all your courses and a few more surprises I'm working away on for around $200?
Reply back with "Yes" and if we get enough folks I'll put it together
