Don't build a "business" 👎

Evening,

Currently working on building out a few of the bonuses for the offer we just sold to make sure our clients are posting case study after case study.

One of the big realizations I've had over this journey is the simple fact that most people shouldn't be building a "business."

Traditional businesses have low margins, large teams and are messy.

And in our space, you're either in the one percent that make it and fight tooth and nail day after day to keep the lights on...

...or they make a good run only to crash and burn a few years later.

So the alternative in my opinion is very simple.

You don't want to create a "business."

You want to create a "semi-passive income stream."

And I'll give full credit to the man Tim Ferriss for saying something similar 25+ years ago in Four Hour Work Week.

So if you ARE to pivot from "business" to "semi-passive cash flow"... what does that look like?

Well in my mind:

Minimal team
- Delivery can come down to a MAX of 45 minutes per day with assistance from AI. If you want to stack those slots into one or two days, so be it.
- Leveraged delivery
- Semi-automated flow of buyers rolling in day after day

As an example, I've made so far just shy of $10K this month in my Productized Coach biz working just 3-4 hours per week on it as I was ruthlessly focused on the publishing side this month.

Without even spending a dime on ads!

However, if I wanted to take a chill month, $10K for 4 hours per week ain't too shabby.

But when you start running ads...

Get buyers rolling in...

Sell MORE to those buyers...

Ascend a fraction of those to work with you closely...

And get AI to do the grunt work with marketing and delivery for you so you can stay in your zone of genius...

...the numbers get PRETTY spicy 🌶️

All this to say, I've got a juicy workshop planned breaking down the model.

I was going to write the sales page but I had some unfinished biz to take care of this week.
